Branding a luxury co-working experience in Puerto Rico

The Landmark is a co-working space inspired by high-end hospitality. Offering private office suites, meeting rooms, and coworking spaces in San Juan’s vibrant neighborhood of Miramar. Start-up-focused, The Landmark aims to stand out as an alternative that offers contemporary coworking spaces with premium business amenities.

Functionality, aspirational, and experiential are the pillars of The Landmark's identity. The visual identity conveys a sense of connectivity and focus. It draws inspiration from The Landmark’s concierge-level service, all-inclusive member experience, and the influence of Puerto Rico’s rich history and architecture. At the core of the identity, is the geometric patterning—a contemporary interpretation of the ornate tilework common to the landscape of the island.

The resulting identity is informed by its surrounding space—interior and exterior and strengthens The Landmark's mission of providing a best-in-class inclusive experience. It is the intersection of Puerto Rico's vibrant culture and contemporary services, it also differentiates The Landmark with a unique positioning within its space.
